Its ok but annoying

The game itself is good, I like that it allows you to change the difficulty but whats really annoying is that it wont allow you to do something thats gonna make you win or lose. Like for instance I my queen could have captured the computers rook without ending up in "harms way". I reviewed the board several times wondering why it wouldnt let me make the move and there was nothing that would get my queen or kind captured it just wouldnt let me take the rook. It was really annoying especially cause it happens in every game and I keep reviewing the board to see whats wrong but nothing is.
